Terms of Service for PropView

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the PropView website (propview.co.kr) or any other PropView services, products, or channels (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.

1. The Content and Proprietary Rights

All information, data, text, graphics, charts, and software displayed on PropView (collectively, the "Content") are the intellectual property of PropView or its licensors. You may use the Content solely for personal, non-commercial, and informational purposes.

PropView actively protects its proprietary rights. No part of the Content may be reproduced, redistributed, or sold without prior written consent from PropView.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you must register for an account. PropView provides account registration through Google OAuth and traditional email sign-up via Supabase.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information at all times.

One Account Per User: PropView strictly enforces a "one account per individual" policy. The use of multiple accounts by a single user is prohibited and may lead to immediate termination of all associated accounts.

3. NO FINANCIAL ADVICE (Disclaimer)

FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY: THE CONTENT PROVIDED ON PROPVIEW, INCLUDING PROP FIRM ANALYTICS, TRADING STRATEGIES, AND MARKET DATA, IS FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

NOT INVESTMENT ADVICE: PROPVIEW IS NOT A REGISTERED INVESTMENT ADVISOR, BROKER-DEALER, OR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION. NOTHING ON THE WEBSITE CONSTITUTES A SOLICITATION, RECOMMENDATION, OR ENDORSEMENT TO BUY OR SELL ANY FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT OR TO ENGAGE IN ANY SPECIFIC TRADING STRATEGY.

RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENT: TRADING INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK. PROPVIEW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE SERVICE. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN INVESTMENT DECISIONS.

4. Prohibited Uses

By using PropView, you agree not to:

• Alter, copy, or redistribute any Content without authorization.
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction methods.
• Post unauthorized commercial advertisements or "referral links" unless explicitly permitted.
• Engage in any activity that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

5. Termination of Service

PropView reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or restrict your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be settled through good-faith negotiations.

If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB) for binding arbitration in accordance with its rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Seoul, South Korea.

7. Modifications to Terms

PropView reserves the right to change or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
